Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancel 1 week or more before the class for a full refund, minus the processing fee.

• Cancel 48 hours (2 days) or more before the class for a 50% refund, minus the processing fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.

• If the workshop is moved, you can choose to attend the new date or receive a full refund.

• If the workshop is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

• Your spot is transferable!  Send me the name and email of the person taking it over at least 24 hours before the start and I will move the booking at no cost.

Liability:

• Crafting can get messy and tools can be dangerous even in the most skilled hands; please be prepared to sign a liability waiver when you arrive for the workshop.  Waivers will be kept for up to one year.

Intellectual Property and Photography:

• Participants are sole owners of the works they create.  Andi Saturn may take photos or videos of created work, but will never post photos/videos of participants or their work without permission.

Behavior Expectations:

• Andi Saturn’s workshops are a welcoming space for everyone. Anyone disrupting the class through rude/inappropriate language or action will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
